I can’t help you with that I’m afraid. I’m all about getting to know you, understanding your life and the current barriers you face and helping you develop strategies to overcome those barriers. I’d love to work with you to cultivate an environment and develop systems that allow you to make sustainable changes, building and maintaining your health and fitness for the rest of your life.

There is no quick fix, but if you are ready for change and feel you can start consistently making the choices that will lead you to the outcomes you desire then I can definitely help you. I’d love to assist with your health and fitness goals through personal training and/or life coaching. We can look at successful habit formation and how to achieve long-lasting health and fitness through learning, support, accountability, networks, commitment and consistency.
