As your Personal Trainer I will taketime getting to know you in order to understand your lifestyle and the current barriers you might face when it comes to health and fitness.

I will help you develop strategies to overcome those barriers and cultivate an environment that will allow you to make sustainable changes, building and maintaining your health and fitness for the rest of your life. 

You can train with me individually, with a partner or with a small group of friends (up to 4 people).

Initially I recommend us embarking upon a 10 week journey together. Your journey starts with a preliminary consultation which includes: postural analysis, functional movement screening, health screening, lifestyle questionnaire and SMART goal setting. The initial consultation will help me identify whether you have any health issues or muscular-skeletal imbalances or weaknesses that I need to be mindful of whilst delivering your sessions and in any programmes I provide. During your first session, we will complete a sub-maximal cardio test, a strength test and a power test to give us some baselines to measure your progress against. Your sessions will be tailored to your ability, with your personal goals in mind and taking into account any exercise preferences you have. Nutritional and wider health advice will be available throughout your journey. I will also provide you with some home workouts for you to perform in between our sessions together, our sessions will be scheduled once or twice per week. If you are local to BA3 in Somerset, I can deliver your sessions in the comfort and privacy of your own home or garden.
If you are serious about getting fitter and healthier then personal training is the most effective option for you. I will provide you with support, encouragement and motivation to help you achieve your goals with a personalised strategy and bespoke exercise programmes. You will have increased accountability which will help you succeed in making positive behaviour changes and in forming new habits that will stick forever. I will empower you to make healthy choices in life by imparting knowledge surrounding nutrition, exercise, sleep and well-being.

I will help you understand your personal physiology and body mechanics so that you practice the correct positioning and form, for you, for specific movement patterns and exercises. This will help prevent injury and maximise efficiency.
